Program Delivery
PNH uses 3 different methods to deliver the PNH Program of member activities, community events and community projects:
- PNH engages a PNH member to facilitate the service under an agreement (either as a volunteer or fee-for-service). Under this model, PNH is responsible for all invoices and expenses, all administration such as bookings and participant fees, etc. PNH is responsible for insurance and has full control of everything.
- PNH engages, under a contract, a sole trader, registered business or incorporated association to deliver an activity or event. Conditions apply, e.g. the service provider must have own indemnity insurance, PNH manages administration such as bookings and participants fees, etc.
- PNH forms an auspice partnership with an unincorporated community organisation. Many conditions apply to this arrangement, e.g. the proposed auspice partner cannot be an incorporated association or business.
PNH is always looking for new personnel and suppliers for program development. Please contact the Office for more information and to discuss how you can be part of the program delivery at PNH.
Program Definitions
At PNH an 'activity' is for members only, and an 'event' is open to the community. Member Activities and Community Events can be one-off, a series or regular/on-going. Community Projects usually involve work with other organisations to achieve common purpose.
